During the years I have dedicated a great amount of time to master my daily routine to be the most convenient that perfectly fits my current life stage. Not so long ago, I was lost and I didn’t have a proper daily routine and motivation to actually enjoy my days and be fully consistent towards it. Fortunately, 5 months ago, my life changed and I felt lucky that I could go back to my routines and daily activities that I love and enjoy doing.
Nutritious meals, workouts and self-care
The 3 most important parts of my day, but let’s start at the beginning. In the morning, I usually get up at around 7 o’clock. I enjoy waking up early in the morning so I can take my time and not rush through my mornings. After getting up, I usually go out on my balcony and get some fresh air to fully wake up. After this, I head to my kitchen and make myself a cup of coffee with milk and ice. The Importance of Workouts in the Afternoons
I usually have to close the flower shop at around 5 o’clock. After this, I head home on my bike since the distance between the two is no more than 15 minutes on the bike along the river. After eating I try to relax and at around 6 o’clock I sit on my bike and head to the gym. I usually book pilates, yoga or hiit workout classes and I love them. Slow Evenings and Relaxing Activities to Unwind
I simply love my time at home, especially the evenings. I would like to say that summer evenings are my favourites, since I am very much looking for the autumn and winter evenings when I can cosy up on my sofa with a cup of hot chocolate. There are some nights when I enjoy watching Tv, however, lately I try to read more and let my mind unwind a little bit and get prepared for sleep. After some reading, I turn off the lamp on my bedside table and fall asleep. I believe having a healthy daily routine is very important and everyone should practise one that suits their daily routine the best.
