Andy Horner a mental health campaigner and influencer from West Yorkshire in the United Kingdom has taken to social media to talk about his recent relapse. Andy who is known online by millions took to his Anxious Andy social media page on Facebook and Instagram to update his followers. On one of his posts, Andy posted a picture of him in tears with the caption “I’ve relapsed” Andy’s following soon sent messages of support in the comments section. One user wrote “We are all here for you, you have us to lean on,” Another wrote “Andy don’t give up, you are an inspiration to many, including me”
Andy thanked his followers with emotional emojis and replied to his top fans.
It’s not the first time Andy has relapsed. On the website called Anxious Andy there is an about section where Andy mentions his struggles and tells his story. Andy has battled with severe Anxiety and Depression since childhood and still struggles as an adult having been in and out of psychiatric hospitals.
Andy is a true beacon of hope for the mental health communities on social media.
